Mine are every few minutes, especially early on. I pay no adherence to any formal time frames, as my body is an organism that doesn't respect those.

And tea a plenty first thing, though later too. Decaf at night.

I wish lecture theatres weren't sometimes set up such that walking out of them is a major way to get attention. But not my fault
