What criteria do people use when deciding whether to post a topic in The Lounge rather than Swingers Chat?

The same topics appear commonly in both.

There are criteria but both recently seem to have been used flexibly. It would be nice if everyone understood and shared the same understandings of the world but I don't see it happening before the year 3000.

Lounge usually, if it's not in the right place a mod can move it but my threads are usually so innocuous and pointless, they'd be better off in a area labelled 'dusty bottom drawer'.
