In some 12 years of travelling it had to happen in the end, was to fly back into UK today with my daughter (my turn for Christmas) but no flight into Heathrow until Monday now.

Stuck in middle of nowhere too, and now over budget due to having to extend car rental and motel room.

Traffic cameras on M25 don't look too bad but Heathrow looked bad in the news footage.

Fortunately car is parked in the short term (BAA pre-booked deal) so don't have to clear it once we land.
