Due to working shifts i go running all manner of times and days as and when i can fit it in.

Thankfully though my house is 2 minutes from the beach so i have an awesome running track to hand.

Off out in a mo, but it's part of my schedule.

Run 4 times a week, distances dependant on the race I'm training for 10k or 1/2 marathon.

I've a 10k on the 25th

Today it's sprint intervals for 40 minutes.

I;ll be running later today. But I run more days than I don't so I wouldn;t say it was a Sunday afternoon ritual

Cannock

Sunday mornings are for lie-ins, I'm still in bed, lol. I don't like mornings at the best of times, if I go for a run its afternoon or evening.
