Laziness, disrespect or a symptom of a disaffected society ?

Just walked the dog. Came back via the tram stop and round a bench there were 3 crisp packets, 2 choccy wrappers and 2 empty cans.

Not 2 feet away, a bin.

So it just got me thinking that someone has made a choice here to drop that on the floor and not move 2 feet to place it in a bin.

I know exactly what there was because I picked it up and put it in the bin.

I try not to go out the house, life is nicer when you don't have to put up with other peoples shit.

I'm sure I saw on the news 2 people got fined for eating a cherry and burying the pip next to the seat they were sat on. Seems abit silly
