Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

While browsing profiles, I noticed one that had a very odd criterion.

I can understand no singles, no cheats, age limits, height lmits, hair length, proximity, etc...

But phone network????

Maybe they have had real problems with certain phone networks mailin them abusively in the past xx
