I think 50 is a bit of a watershed and we're inclined to re-evaluate our lives and wonder if certain things are useful or even appropriate any more. I have to say that reaching 50 made me realise that if I didn't do things I never would and we didn't even start swinging until I was about 51 or 52. I honestly don't think you're too old for anything if you enjoy it.

I'm 50 on Wednesday and I've been doing some thinking regarding my sexual relationships and whether to stay on here and carry on doing what I'm doing. I don't want a serious relationship but I can't do this forever

No it's true none of us can do this for ever but I think we can do it for as long as we enjoy it, are able and as long as people want to meet us. I have to say that my fifties have been surprising in many ways

I have been reevaluating whether to continue meeting people but decided to just take it one day at a time.

I've spent this year doing things I have never done before. Turning 50 has given me a lot of little (and some big for me) adventures. I've even learned the Russian alphabet.
