If you go on a web site and you do get the terms and condition agreed button come up to click before allowing access. But you are free to look round the site at leisure wothout restriction. You then find a page and share it on social media (publically accessable page) and no where, on that page does it say copy right protected or show terms and condition/button. Can you get done for copy right ??? It turns out on the home screen is there link to terms and conditions. Saying only the home page can be shared. Hope this makes sense and someone knows the answer cheers.

Im pretty sure you cant. Copyright is to protect against reusing someones work not directig traffic to it.

Also if you did it via the share button on their page then they have embedded share code into their html so definitely not.

Ta. There wasnt a share button. Simular site has same terms and conditions but has share button. Which i find ironic. That terms say you cant but button asks you to. Here on this site i had to agree. Think they take no notice when its in there favour but when its negative, not so happy.
