"For starters look out the window - we often have kids playing outside ours and they scream ![]() Same round here. I told them to be careful as one day they might be screaming for real and no-one would come to help them. ![]()

"You hear someone scream outside your house. What would you do?" I would look outside to see what is going on, then follow up with appropriate action

"The amount of people who report a scream and it turns out to be a fox is unreal! They do sound very human in distress when they're in mating season though. I always go to my window when i hear a weird noise outside as i'm the type to open my window and tell people to fuck off or shut up or clean up their mess. Doesn't happen much in my street anymore. People know better. ![]() Regularly get a fox screaming. I think it's quite a distinctive sound. The frogs scream too ![]()

"You hear someone scream outside your house. What would you do?" I've done this twice first time saved a women from a serious attack second time got told to fuck off and mind my own business by the woman screaming at her boyfriend So i would always investigate because i would never forgive myself if something happened and i did nothing to stop it

"Round here you can tell people to shut the fuck up if they're making a noise outside your house. If I lived in a place like the Harry brown film I would shit myself every night. " Haha I did for many years ![]()

"You hear someone scream outside your house. What would you do?" I'd have to go out there and check everything was OK . I can't imagine or get my head around why anyone would do any differently . I guess it comes down to empathy and a imagination what if it was me or someone I personally knew out there screaming out in fear. Once you think like, that you really have no choice but to go out there and see what its all about .

"I heard somewhere that rather than scream for 'help', someone should scream 'fire' as more people will react to the word fire than the word help. " That's off the film seven

"I heard somewhere that rather than scream for 'help', someone should scream 'fire' as more people will react to the word fire than the word help. That's off the film seven" It's been doing the rounds before that. I was told years ago in a police talk to the youth club that's what women should shout instead of help.

I just Googled it. A report said that in a panic we'd just scream for help anyway and forget about screaming fire. If people are going to ignore shouts it doesn't matter what they shout. ![]()
