Should a jumper colour match your shirt colour

harrow

I love wearing jumpers rather than jackets in the office and have a large collection. Each jumper matches a shirt and I always wear them together....sometimes I see people that wear says pink shirt and a grey jumper..strange to me

Maybe I am being s bit odd, but should jumpers and shirts be exactly the same colour

No, but they should complement each other, I think grey and pink go well together

I don't think they have to be the same colour.

I'm not keen on seeing guys in shirts and jumpers though, I do like to see guys in a t shirt and jumper though

I think pink and pink or grey and grey would be a much odder combination

Do you wear Christmas jumpers in the office too?

They don't need to match, they need to compliment each other.

I wish I could do the jumper look but as I'm always customer facing it has to be the full blown suited and booted look....

Which at times has benefits as I know some ladies here do like that look....

They don't have to match. I don't particularly like pink on anyone. You can have different shades of blue with a contrast tie,if you wear ties. Fawn shirt, brown jumper can look nice and autumnal for an office.

What does your company allow? Can you wear bright colours or is it typical office colours.

I hate Christmas jumpers with a passion

Like yesterday, I had purple shirt, purple jumper, today teal blue jumper, blue shirt, grey shirt and grey jumper for tomorrow

Maybe I can't be arsed to work out of colours compliment each other

Try a pale pink or pale blue shirt with a grey jumper.

A white shirt with a navy jumper is always a good look...

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

Why is it called suited & booted? If I put a suit on, I usually wear a smart pair of shoes with it, although I could always dig ma wellies out
