Ninja Mode,how and more importantly why ?

I've read a few posts on profiles and comments about women looking at profiles in ninja mode.

Now I think i've been lazy here but can you hide yourself having a look at others ?

Not that i'm a deviant or owt I usually tip you off if i'm gonna have a peep at you.

And of course if you contribute a bit on topics it seems natural to have a nosey at those you're engaging with.Gives you a feel(not literally unfortunately)of what they're all about.

Are any of you on ninja mode and would you be game enough to admit ?

yes, we are in ninja mode easy to do, go to your account page,privacy settings, top one think it is ...

We are always in stealth mode.

We just got tired of messages from people saying "hi! I see that you've looked at my profile twice..."

If someone said we would never get those messages again, we would turn off stealth mode immediately.

Ninja mode does not stop people looking at you (though that can be achieved by hiding your profile). Ninja mode is to avoid you appearing in someone's "who has looked at me" list.

We are always in ninja mode. Just because we look at someone does not mean we fancy them. If we don't fancy them we would prefer not to receive contact from them and too many people seem to think that if you have visited their profile then you must be interested in them.

Never in it. Always go trampling over people's profiles. Size 13s everywhere.

I am forgetful at times and revisit lots of times. Never had a message as a result though.

However, I have messaged ladies who have looked after i had looked at them and they often don't want to make the first move.

I just apologise for pwrving and say it's there fault for being attractive. ..which is true.

Setting yourself to not show on the who's looked at me page is a free function in the privacy settings of your account

You do however have to pay to upgrade if you want to view your own whoa lolled at me page

Oh and as a single lady having the function set means i can view at leisure without getting a "noticed you looked at me so let's meet" type message,

Just because I've looked doesn't mean I want to meet but there are SOME people that see it that way, same as I respect the fact people have the right to look at me and take no further interest afterall how do you know if they are someone you're interested in without looking at their profile first

I've never mailed anyone just because they've looked at my profile.

Not many can anyway as most are blocked

Makes sense for ladies and couples to be in ninja mode to avoid the reply emails and subsequent abuse that it may lead to. Shame tho as it's quite disconcerting to think the only folk in the world looking at you are other blokes
