i am not liking this being awake thing!!

i had planned to get up and catch some of the lunar eclipse so set my alarm for 3:30....woke up at 3 cos my tv had randomly turned itself on!!

have taken some pics but now i cant get back to sleep grrrr.....should i go out for a run in the pitch black considering i live in a village with minimal street lighting

D*unk man stood outside my flat door set the dog off, think I just heard him fall down a set of stairs

torn between calling the police and giving him chance to have another go at them. Could be a d*unk neighbour trying to find his way in the dark.. Ugh, roll on Thurs, my move out day. There goes my lie in.. morning all! Was the eclipse good? I got some shots of the moon but too tired to stay up xx

Oh that's creepy!! Tv turning itself on is horror movie stuff....unless you accidentally hit the timer

Mentally visualize you turning your body parts "off", one, by one. Start with your feet & work your way up. Heard this but not tried it yet. Will shortly x

im an insomniac - tried everything so now i just sleep when i can - body needs very little kip to actually survive so dont over worry - just dont do much when you cant sleep that will stimulate your mind - i often clean - wiping down and dusting isnt mind blowing but can kill an hour - have a drink and go back to bed -
