I think my friends who know I'm on here are not surprised I'm here. I'm seen as the very liberal and brave one.

For those who I don't know me as well they would maybe be shocked .

I'm not shy about who I am and what I like. Nor am I worried I'm 'found out ' really. The only reason I hide my face photos is because I don't want it getting back to my son his mum is on a sex site

Although to be fair websites like pof and tinder are just as bad bit yet seem more socially acceptable. I'll never understand that as I've met far nicer people here than there

I dont tell people about myself (swinging, cross-dressing or homosexualism) not because I'm scared what they think of me. It's more of the pain and disappointment that they might get if they know the truth.

My family dont know. Couple of friends do and workmates. My boss doesnt understand why I do it, she said she worries about me, which is sweet.

We keep this part of our life separate from our family and friends with the exception of 1 guy that Ginger's had sex that we both used to work with. He doesnt know I know what took place but does know I wouldn't have a problem with it.

I share information about me and my choices depending upon trust. If I trust others, it's invariably a good choice. My friends are somewhat similar in their outlooks on life - we're here to enjoy it and support each other, come what may.

I may share information about my holidays with my hairdresser but sexual pursuits is a different matter.

People who know me are variously interested or not in sexual pursuits - we share sometimes. It can amuse, frustrate and sometimes embolden others. I'm a person of little uncertainty - I've spoken to people years after a very brief encounter and they've remembered my opinions on things. We make our marks. And shape our way through the jungle out there. If someone has a confidence and passion for their life, others would smartly assume that this person is open to pursuits that will engage and match them, irrespective of what others think.

Totally agree with that. I have 3 girls and I would hate to think they got bullied at school due to something dad had done,for example someone spotting me on here and then spreading it around.

All my mate's know and have a little chuckle about it,in fact 2 used to be on here a few years back.

Apart from that,who cares really.

No I have two separate lives.

Which gives me comfort it's like separating my personality.

The swinger in me is more fun and less uptight!

I think it's harder for women to be open about this lifestyle than men. The old steriotypes mean when my otherhalf told his work mates about swinging when he was a single male they thought it hysterical and patted him on the back!

I doubt I'd get the same reaction. So don't want to open myself up to that criticism

I told my nearest and dearest when I first joined. They don't seem to judge me, at least not my sister, my ex or my best friend. Others don't really understand why I just don't get a boyfriend or stay celibate until I find one. My brother found out and I don't think he's speaking to me!

I'm quite an open person and those that know in the real world are people I trust

I told my 20yr old daughter over a year ago why she was babysitting, she appreciates my honesty. She knows I was with just her dad for over 25years and missed my teen years.knows I went wild my first year here.calmed down now lol and knows swinging is not just about the sex but about the social side too, knows I go parties and host parties

she knows I keep it away from my home and that I don't want a relationship so she happy because im happy

my ex, close friends know there intrigued

I'm not embarrassed to show my face, and will deal with it if spotted or comes out to people less understanding

as for here I've made many friends and am disliked by some, don't really care what people think I'm enjoying my swinging journey

My family (not the parents or the kids) know I am on here and have acted as my safety point. My close friends know. They all know I go to clubs and socialise with friends here that they will never meet.

They don't get and don't want details. They just want to know that I am safe, happy and confident enough to say no to anything that I don't want. They love me so I hope that means they also think well of me.

As to what people here think of me... well some like me and some seem to loathe me. I'll just stick with the people who like me.

Few people know me well, and those very few that consider they know me really well, still only know a proportion of me. My public self. I have revealed too much of my private self to a couple of others in the past, that didn't work out well, so now I reveal much less. Sadly I feel I have to be much more guarded than I would prefer.

I don't think anyone knows about this side of me from my vanilla life. If they do, nobody has said anything but they're probably sniggering behind my back

What do people 'out there' think of me on a day to day basis? Probably the same as on here - some people will think I'm a bit of a c**t, others can tolerate me.

None of my friends, family or colleagues know about this side of our life, I doubt they've even guessed. When we meet people within a swinging environment they sometimes say we're the last people they would expect to be swingers from outward appearances. So you could say that as a known swinger people think I don't look the type

Well a few opinion are like this:

My swinger friend well I wouldn't call him a swinger just someone that will fuck anything: I'm giving blokes a free wank

My work friends: some are really interested and want to know more, some are worried that I've lost the plot and 'I need to be put in Ann summers, with the door locked to get it out of my system' (actually said to me, I kid you not) and the others just shrug and don't want to hear, mostly they are worried about me

My actual friends; they want to know every detail, think I'm brave and always ask to see the cock pictures!!
