Great Wyrley

Should be about a proper roast dinner.

Today being on me Todd I've made my own fried chicken (in the oven finishing off) with wedges and dips.

Even though I'm looking forward to it it just seems wrong lol

We very rarely have Sunday dinners just not that bothered about them....and for me it's my day off from cooking so it's nibble day here.Cold cuts of meat, cheese and fruit.

I had the urge for roast potatoes ..thank god for Aunt Bessies she's a saviour...they are in t'oven now and will be a yummy side with the cold meats.

Note to the cooking police I do usually do my own roasters but its F1 day and Sunday and cooking isn't important today

Woodthorpe

I rarely do roast on Sunday. I refuse to be stuck indoors cooking on my weekends on a regular basis

Nibble Sundays could be just what the doctor ordered

Making a shepherds pie, but with shredded slow roast lamb instead of mince. Lambs currently in the oven with garlic, rosemary and red wine. Hope it turns out well, never tried this before lol.
