Ive had a real shock this week.

3 months ago I got ill and have just started recovering, went swimming last week and did 20 mins and thought I was gonna pass out!!

So no I'm not physically fit at the moment! But onwards with recovery and reconditioning

Depends what you mean as fit, I am just under 6 foot, weighing a massive 123kg.

But I can do the London to Brighton in about 3 1/2 hours, with very little training.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I just plod on at a steady pace. I sometimes have a leap of imagination but nothing too strenuous.

I have an active imagination, that's enough energy expenditure for one person.
