It's my birthday next week, the big 50 and for the first time ever I'm not looking forward to a birthday, is it time to hang up my party shoes?

I've been having a crisis all summer!! Stupid really being 40 never bothered me but 50 ...

It's just a number, on your birthday you'll only be one day older than you were the day before, it's not as though you've aged a year overnight!

50 is a great milestone, go out, let your hair down and don't worry about it! You're as young as you want to be inside!
