Hull

Yesterday, I went through Cataract Surgery and the results are amazing!

For the first time in my life, I can see without needing glasses or contact lenses. Colours, detail and distance vision are superb. Close up stuff is still blurred but the eye is still settling down and will sort itself out soon.

I'm the happiest guy today!!!!!

He,awake throughout. I am normally the worst scaredy cat with Medical matters, but I didn't feel a thing in the 15 minutes the surgery took.

Mostly in GU24

Fantastic! Did you know they give you one eye focused for distance and one focused for reading? This operation is the most satisfying operation that the surgeons can do worth very few adverse effects. Enjoy your new vision x

Always one critic

I might still need glasses but have to wait 6 weeks for everything to settle down.

Glad everything went well.

I've had both mine done, 5 years apart.

Agree it is a great feeling, and instant, to be able to see so clearly and with clarity.

Keep putting the drops in - do not skimp on this!!

I know about the drops, have to take them four times a day for four weeks!
