It's stupid, and shows they haven't read the FAQ, which specifically asks people NOT to put it on their profiles as it wastes server space and serves no useful purpose.

I mean, what are they going to say in court? "MrLusciousCock nicked my photos and tried to pass me off as his cock hungry wife?"

Don't they realise that by cutting and pasting the warning they are in fact doing what they warn against. IE using the content of someone elses profile.
