If I could pick the date and time for the transformation I would go back and see if asking for that change in terms and conditions works out better for me as a male. As a woman I was turned down. I resigned. The person I helped them find to replace me was male and asked for exactly the terms and conditions I didn't get and got them even though he had less experience.

I would enjoy testing the gender politics.
