Try making some chorba...

Sweat down an onion and some garlic in olive oil. Add one pound of diced, floured and seasoned lamb neck and brown off. Add 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp tomayo puree, 1 jar harissa and 2 pints of veg stock. Boil, simmer and blitz..

Probably, you would just need to alter the meat/liquid ratio and add some veg.

Think I am going to make a steak in guinness stew with scotch bonnet chillies...
