So I've decided to jump on the bandwagon. Theres far too much choice though for a virgin e smoker.

Which would you recommend? I see lots that look like sonic screwdrivers

Go to one of the proper shops, the guys there have great advice (usually)

Plus you need to know what strength is right for you. X

I agree. They are addictive. But it will save you a fortune. Nothing proven yet about any harm they may cause. But my doctor was happy I had changed.

I use socialites and have been for 18 months without any problems. HTH

I've had two good friends (one in his 60s and another in her 70s diagnosed with emphysema) this year.

I recognise that I will have to give up.

I'm *hoping* to get to a position where I'm only smoking in public, for maximum outrage.

But yeah, sadly a vapourisor is the way forwards, methinks.

I am quite an oddball - never even had a single drag of a cigarette in my life!

Sutton

Get an ego twist battery and tank with a couple of bottles of juice plus some coils to get started.

Should set you back about £40 but you'll save a loads compared to smoking real cigs or disposable e cigs.
