Sudden onset blues

Erm got in from work about an hour ago and just chilling before I head out for a run.

Suddenly out of nowhere my mood changes from slightly drained but normal to a real sense of depression like life is slipping through my fingers or something. Lasted an hour or so.

Never had it before but very unsettling. Ate well today, slept ok last night and not drinking or anything like that.

Not pleasant.

Darker mornings and evenings , raining , etc..... Try vitamin d supplement and perhaps St. John's wort if it keeps happening

I agree with glos and Steve.

Also keep going for your runs. It will increase your happy hormones when you exercise.xxx

Things on my mind but know what they are and what I can do about it, nothing lurking

Apparently the moderators thought my post inappropriate and removed it, but I'll say again because someone's wellbeing is more important than pinickity forum rules - Samaritans have a new free phone number, if you are feeling low talking might help. Check out their website for the number.
