id have to look at the rules but im pretty sure i could make him less skeptical.

use of logic along with basic physics principles... psychic phenomena actually make sense logically... not a fan of bandwagoners or sheep.

His tests are fairly straightforward but everyone who's claimed abilities usually stays away, including psychic Sally. Others who try have been shown up as fakes.

People and the placebo effect influence healing, which have enormous power. Faith healers other than that are I'm sure trading hog wash.

Do you mean Peter Popoff, exposed by Randi using sound recording software, caught his wife reading from cards people where asked to fill in on entry, he went bankrupt lost everything,

Went on to become a millionaire again doing the same thing and selling miracle water,

If people want to beleive no logic or reason will deter them,

i think people are always going to believe in things that are irrational nonsense...but i think it becomes a different matter when they are handing over their money to conmen because they are desperate for help..same goes for a lot of so-called 'natural' medicines and therapies. preying on the vulnerable...nothing else!

while i don't condone the actions of most faith healers that use god as an excuse and trickery to fulfil 'miracles'.... perspectove can change the way you look at life and thus heal you in many different ways... people look at faith as if its a scrawney flea ridden cat of a word... but when not associated ith 'god' and instead applied to oneself faith shapes the world we live in.

I am not religious... i crate my world through perception... i simply share this idea with others and open doors for others to walk through allowing them to help themselves. problem with society is it's lazy and people dont want to do their work,instead they want a miracle pill when really the only person who can help .. is themselves. Saying this you can offer tools and experiences in order to show people said doors.

id ask how much does everyone actually know about 'spirituality' ( hate the word myself but for lack of a better term.

because half of you i guess have little to no awareness in such matters. which makes me laugh. Its like saying air doesnt exist if you are an organism that doesnt need to breathe. 9bad example perhaps)

in the same way that these people have faith that these things will 'heal' them.... you are all here in a very closed minded state which instantly and in the same way does the opposite....

i can empathise completely with someone finding comfort in their religion or particular spritiual belief..i just find it very uncomfortable when this comfort seems to come with a price tag!

there's a massive difference between gaining spiritual comfort, and someone claiming they can actually heal someone!

Strangely (considering the disparaging way I generally deal with these issues)

I think that there is something in this faith healing malarky.

But only if you believe that the mind has much untapped power over the body.

There have been many unexplained cancer remissions.

I think it has buggerall to do with faith but I would like to know what it is.
