Have you had any and were you pleased with the results?

If not would you ? What would you have done and why ?

I'm considering a tummy tuck but not sure I'm brave enough. Would love to hear from anyone who has had one.

I regularly start saving for a boob job, then spend it on something else instead

In reality I don't know if I could ever go through with it, I'm not good with blood/surgical things.

I say go for it if you think it'll make you happy.

I'm not into lip fillers and botox though, I feel like people are starting them too young & making themselves look older.

I agree. I see people in their early 20's holding Botox parties around here. Surely they don't need it so young ?

I had my ears pinned back as a kid

I can't waggle them anymore, but at least I don't get the "dumbo" comments

Mrs l has had a boob job, best thing she ever did, improved her confidence no end, there certainly wouldn't be any pictures on our profile if she hadn't

She hated her boobs before the op

I've never felt the urge to have plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons but there's not a bit of myself that bugs me that badly.

I had facial surgery a couple of years ago as I have skin cancer so I've had half a face lift as a result.

Knowing how much it hurt afterwards, not to mention being awake during the surgery, I'm pretty sure that even if I did have a bit of me that I disliked, I'd rather put up with it.

I've got a small list of things I would do. I can't imagine a time when I won't have something else to spend the money on first though. At the moment, I've a gorgeous old house that needs the investment more than my body does. Seriously looking into laser hair removal though because that is something that inhibits my life, more than the parts of my body that I dislike.

Strictly speaking I have had cosmetic surgery, to remove a lump on my face which I paid to have done myself and everyone else thought was ridiculously minor. Would do that again in a heartbeat.

Research it. See a surgeon and they will tell you what results you could expect. -Good and bad. Only you know if it's worth it.

I've avoided as much as I can, preferring a more natural look - though I'm sure I probably can't tell those who have had work. I come flaws and all. (not warts and all )

Cosmetics is addictive, if you perfect one area of your body then you may start to focus on another part of your body you may not be happy with. I went out with someone once who started with Botox and now she looks insane

Since getting 8 nose piercings, I am now happy enough to go without a nose-job. I will be getting my boobs enlarged one day though.

I'm 47 and though I really don't like how I look, I am what I am and wouldn't put myself through the agony of operations to change myself. If I had the money though, I would spend a fortune on bodywraps and massages....sounds far more appealing

I would if I could afford it but for medical reasons not cosmetic. Sadly the NHS won't fund despite it being the only treatment for a condition I have and I'll never have the 8k to get it done privately.
