" I have no idea how many calories I burned - I did a latin/aerobic dance class, half an hour in the gym and 40 mins in the pool. Just had the home made bacon and veg soup followed by Galettes from the Dukan diet - they're bloody amazing! | |||

From next week I am aiming for 3500 a day.. hopefully I wont get bored of eating.. | |||
