I have no idea how many calories I burned - I did a latin/aerobic dance class, half an hour in the gym and 40 mins in the pool. Just had the home made bacon and veg soup followed by Galettes from the Dukan diet - they're bloody amazing!

I lost 3 kg in 36 hours last week doing a fitness challenge for charity...good job its almost bulking time... looking at putting on at least 6 kg of lean mass before christmas.

I train so I can eat more. Dont judge me

On the juice diet at the moment the carb cravings are insane. I think about carby food all of the time.

On the treadmill I had visions of McDonald's floating in the corner of my eye.

around 2000 with more focus on protein. the rest is complex carbs and healthy fats

Thats not much of a deficit unless you are caning the gym..

From next week I am aiming for 3500 a day.. hopefully I wont get bored of eating..

I cycle everywhere, I do at least 30 mile a day, I'm still a fat bastard though
