So not definitely needing to have been cancelled, but what's now missing from your life? Eg products, stuff you used to do etc? (Guessing some will be thinking of an active sex life, before they hit competitor volumes here)

Radio 1 - gone

Furry rugs I used to roll on

Sunny Delight - wouldn't drink it, but curious as I never hear of it.

Radio 1 has really shot itself in both feet and legs.

The audience they are aiming at don't even listen to the radio..

4/5 years ago they had great format and lineup played decent music and we're actually entertaining.

Apart from Greg James the rest are utter tosh and they are such music snobs now. Ffs they have deleted bloc party off their play lists!

Zane Lowe leaving was the final nail In the coffin.

Can't see it going on much longer.

So r1 which was part of my day from 6am till about 8 pm most days. Has also gone.

1 Radio Gone because big corporate now controls most radio. Here in Kentucky we have some cool college radio stations.

2 Furry rugs ????

3 Sunny D. Still found in stores. Too sweet for my taste.

How about rose petal perfume?

I used to make loads, though I don't know what I smelt like. Nowadays kids get full makeup kits, tattoos and prom dresses at 18 months, so adventure and play is out of the window.

radio 1 has been terrible for the last 25 yrs not just the last 5.playing music ( loose term ) for 10 year olds and dreadful dj's..radio 2 is far better and just happens to have the radio 1 dj's when radio 1 was a great station

Bulmers Red Grape.

They had three special varieties,and appear to have ditched the biggest seller, judging by which one was first to sell out at any supermarket I went to.

I love the radio one road shows!! My dad used to plan our family holidays around there locations so we could go!!! There stupid 'one big weekend' isn't the same as the lorry pulling into town and standing at the barriers to meet all the singers and groups!!!
