I've updated mine today and since doing it all I've got is a white screen with 'swipe to upgrade' at the bottom.

At first it wouldn't swipe so I rebooted it and it does now. It then starts to do something then goes back to the white screen.

I've been given a link of what to do which is something via a PC... Problem is, that's dead too haha.

Does anyone know of another way or is the PC the only way? Thanks

Sorry Miss, I have an ipad but it's working fine after the update. Have you called apple?

I had read something about this on some of the Apple forums

You may just need to do a hard reset....home button and power button for a few seconds that may help

Will have a look on the apple forums and come back to you

Ps 2 of my iPads updated no problem

Had problems over the last couple of weeks with it. Apps opening then just closing and getting messages of storage getting full. Deleted loads then did the update ios9 (think that's what it is called) then it's goosed!

I haven't rang apple yet. Not sure they will be able to help as it's one of the first models brought out..or will they?
