Anyone heard of it?

It's a tea that you drink twice a day either for two weeks or 28 days. It's for a detox you drink a tea in the morning and then a different tea every other night which gives you a laxative effect which basically means you poop out all the toxins in your body. It's supposed to be good for weightloss but it can stop your contraception pill working so wouldn't advise anyone on the pill to use this tea.

Anyway I'm starting the 28 day tea tox tomorrow and will post a full body before and 28 days after picture so you can see the results and see if it works.

i tend to drink lemon with warm water garnished with some Chinese "honey jujube tea" every morning ..its calming and soothing effect cleanses the liver which makes the skin glows. i will try the bootea and see how it goes

If your digestive system is working reasonably well you poop out the toxins as a matter of course.

If you feel you need a laxative in your life increase your consumption of oats and dried fruits, maybe start drinking prune juice.

Very good advice.

If you're eating healthily with lots of fruit and veg, and drinking lots of water, the body will detox naturally.

Some of these things coming through are bit faddy!
