New job

Finding it hard to settle into new job . Think my new boss is happy . Keeps askin if I am , I said if ur happy I am . Doesn't help Iv had a accedent after three weeks !

OP - a new job is a new experience. Like any it takes time to settle in.

And an accident, by definition, is just that - couldn't have been predicted or prevented. SO don't worry about it affecting your working relationship with your boss.

Are we talking 'accident' as in physical harm, or inadvertently soiling oneself?

The first one probably wont harm your prospects but the other is probably a career defining moment
