Laptop help please

Trying to take my laptop back to factory settings. And it's stopped halfway through and now telling me 17 hours remaining then when I look it 4 hours then 22 hours. Can anyone help please

Might be a case of just waiting I'm afraid, the restore settings is notoriously unpredictable at giving accurate times, one of my computers did the same, times going up and down, took about 2-3 hours but then it was quite old. It depends mainly on how big the hard disk is and how clogged up it is... Sorry I couldn't be more help!
