Dam fly tippers causing havoc in the countryside, takes ages to find a nice private place for those outdoor moments...

Because of those creatures I wonder how many of us will get caught on covert cams aimed at catching tippers 0_o

It's also amazing how many people pay to have their rubbish taken away after having building work done, only for it to be dumped in a country lane somewhere whilst the "builder" pockets the cash rather than take it to a proper dump. I know, I've seen it done

So long as it is not seen by anyone to cause offence it was discreet and not blatant,the penalty (if any) would probably be a slap on the wrist.

If you did it purposely infront of people to cause shock then it would be a severe punishment.
