Today I'm collecting a pair of 'long-distance' specs. 10 years ago, almost to the very day, I was being tested for readers...

At 57, I am beginning to remember the warnings about wanking. I ignored them and proceeded to wank, a lot. There's something very moreish about the practice.

But is it possible that my vision is a result of such behaviour?
