Pooch and I are sat atop our favourite hill. The views are stunning , the breeze warm.

Whilst walking through the woods to get here, we noticed the leaves beginning to change colour.

Its the last hurrah for nature.The trees giving us a final burst of colour before winter strips them.of their foliage. Leaving them dormant grey ghosts of them selves. So get out and enjoy natures pallet of colours have a jolly wander .

Today has been spiffing and we have had many reasons to smile

So chums , our question today is what's made You smile today?

Keep it classy , just a tad sassy and never ever trashy

Mac Faux. It definitely pulls slightly plum toned on me, I really like it as a change from just straight pink

Sounds lovely I bought a benefit eyeliner I'm going to give that a go I'm having problems with finding an eyeliner that actually stays on...

I envy you. My walks consist of litter strewn streets and concreted gardens,cars and buses end to end. Where there used to be beautiful gardens with flowers and shrubs there are now concreted car parking areas. No wildlife except for a pigeon or two. The only escape I had over the summer was watching myriad of white butterflies flying around the allotments out of the back bedroom window.

Being jointly nominated for the title of 'best torso of fab 2015' haven't seen the inside of a gym or done much exercise outside of working for about 2 years!

Both an honour and a surprise as there's loads of guys on here more ripped n toned than wee me.

Well as soon as I read the news I typed out a nice heartfelt acceptance speech post.

Then stripped to my waist,rubbed some slippery n shiny vaseline all over my torso,positioned the mirror just so,adjusted the lighting to maximum flattery then wept tears of joy all down my shiny nips.....then I passed out from tensing too much......

I work in a care home and this one lady with early dementia is such a lovely lady but can't get her words out, came up to me and said 'I love you' hugged me and sang to me, a smiled and then cried, bless her!

After taking daughter to see midwife ....we ended up going to hospital as daughters blood pressure way too high and after spending hours waiting and lots of tests ...... We both had a massive smile when they said she is well enough to go home ....woo hoo

Messing about riding my semi retired horse. My fuckbuddy was walking my dog and decided to run off with my dog so horse decided to run off after him. My horse shouldn't really be going any quicker than a walk but she was enjoying herself
