Hey, first post, even though I've been around a while.

Anyway, have any males had their penis/scrotum waxed before and if so, how painful was it compared to other areas of the body? Any side effects like spots, soreness, etc.?

Anyone recommend it over shaving?

I'll keep my man patch trimmed and tidy like any sensible adult but I've no idea why anyone would contemplate shaving or waxing.

When you start getting ingrowing hairs and infections down there, don't say you weren't warned!

Ok....ahh, waxing ya tackle.....Oh its a tad tricky,,, but "Yes" I've tried it on myself and "yes" by gum it hurt... oh boy did it hurt!!....!and even caused a bit of bruising,,,,,,,,

however I'm no woosie thats easily put off ...so I've also had it done by someone with professional waxing experience and the results were fantastic,,, ..... But would I recommend it over other methods.... Results wise, perhaps waxing it is worth it !,,,, but whether or not its worth it in comparison over other more traditional hair removal methods I would say that depends entirly on your personal requirements and how long you need the results to last .....I’d acctually suggest investing in an good quality electric Epilator and a “ball gag”... ….Does it work? ,,, “Yes”it does....is it easy?,,,, pretty much “Yes” once you get the knack…,,, Does it hurt? … “Yes” it does, but nowhere near as much as waxing,,,… are the results good?….."Yes"…infact, totally Peachie……

veet hurt like buggery. shaving is painless but hard to get arund those nook and cranies. can't imagine waxing wouln't hurt and you'd have to go back again....or revert to your original method. lol

I am sure I read in a "shaving, cream or waxing" thread on here about a guy who tore his scrotum whilst waxing!!!

Even if its an exageration, just seeing the spots of blood on the chest of whatsisface from the film "the 40 year-old vigin" when he starts getting it waxed was enough to put me off!!!

Someone has mentioned a product called "madgic cream" or some such, which apparently is the dogs wotsits for removing hair in those intimate places.

Have tried Veet, first time I left it on for the suggested time, and it didnt really work. So I did it again, but left it on A LOT LONGER..... big mistake!!! I must have used a whole pot of sudacreme trying to cool my privates down lol!

Have heard you can get specialised creams for sensitive areas, but have got the timing off to a tee now so I'll stick to Veet, better the devil you know lol!
