How long has this pish being on th air?

Now tell me how many of them are performing WORLD TOURS TO 70,000 + audiences all over the world.

Lets face it vast majority of the people who have been on this show have never been heard of again.

The winners had a SINGLE hit record that was in actual fact a COVER of somebody else's talent and it was the somebody else who got the royalties not he XFactor winner.

Only Simon Cowell and the actual composers of the single that comes out after that make money off this programme.

People like Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke and yes that other numpty Susan Boyle are making names for themselves singing other people's hard work.

Also the booking fee to hire them is extortionit to see Burke or fuckin Cheryl Cole at some Gala evnrt get up and mime to some song.

The music industry today is dying fast..... and programmes like this are killing off real talent.

I live in Glasgow and their are thousands of singers, songwriters, bands etc struggling to make ends meet because of this kind a mince.

My son wrote a song in 2003 that Sony Records wanted to buy off him for £10,000. He told them to Fuck off, unless they allowed his band to record the song first and allow him to keep the copyright on the song rather than Boyzone or Westlife or whoever take it to Number One

Sony make millions from the song and he makes a miserable 10 grand.

As it stands he is still picking up chump change playing pubs and clubs throughout Glasgow because he refuses to bow to Cowell and his cohorts in the Record Industry.
