Does anyone else find sleeping weird like we get fresh and clean and even wear special clothes to lay down in a dark room and close eyes for 6-7 hours

Weird

Or maybe I'm just weird

I sleeping. I guess it's a bit strange to "get ready" for it. Other animals don't seem to need to. But at the same time, we spend a large portion of our lives sleeping so I can see the importance.

Plus, sleeping naked cuts down on the getting ready bit

I hadn't but now I am!

Well I suppose if you're going to be somewhere for a length of time you may as well be comfortable...

A bedtime routine helps some people sleep. Which is why i'm still awake right now.

I love my bed. I take my pjs off to get in it though. I would like not to be awake at 4am though. I've always slept like the dead, not so much these days and it's properly starting to get on my tits!
