Has anyone done it? I'm getting driven slowly mad by people trying to sell it everywhere you look!

If anyone has can you honestly tell me that you've felt any better/lost any weight that you could of lost by just eating fruit and veg for a week anyway without the overpriced and apparently very unpleasant tasting drinks!!

My niece did it for rapid weight loss before a competition (she had a wonderful figure already!!) It worked until she started eating normally (like a pigeon) again & went back on.

I'm losing weight quickly because I got off my fat arse and started walking. I'm cutting down on my sugar and wheat intake too. It's working

I am losing weight by doing zumba, bike riding and cutting out sugar ,caffeine,carbs and booze .

Its not for everyone but it works for me ??

I didn't stop drinking caffeine to lose weight . I drank far to much so thought I might as well cut it out with everything else . Only drink water now

Clean 9 is garbage, you loose weight but it's very short lived! It makes you feel ill, it's unhealthy, take no notice of what it says on the box! Eat less, do more....wish it was that simple for me! Save your pennies and buy some raunchy underwear instead! X
