I went to a brothel in New South Wales once and over reception hung a sign declaring:

BUY 10 GET 1 FREE WITH NEW GIRL

Maybe you could get a similar scheme started in your workplace?

Try role play the conversation with yourself in your head and imagine how it might go.

Preclude any outcome that involves you shagging.

My personal view is this...

If you want to drop into a conversation that you're a member of a swingers site, that's fine. If she was and wants to admit it, that's up to her. If she doesn't then assume you're wrong and never mentioned it again.

Try dropping "fab this" and "fab that" into the conversation - just in a normal way as in when you're talking to her say wow that sounds fab or you had a fab time - then see if she picks up on It

No, don't always agree with the do nothing response but on this occasion I do,

It has been said but it's so right, from her point of view she has just started a new job, she doesn't need the embarrassment if it goes wrong,

The post about mentioning the swingers site is spot on, but not for a good while until she has settled and give you a chance to gauge her potential reaction, she could be a manager runner,

Keep Mr tickle in his fabric castle,

Send a round robin email to the office, or better still the company saying you are a swinger who has a profile on Fab. Include a few pics so they know you aren't bullshitting. Cock pics will be fine. If she replies saying "I am too" and sends everybody a fanny pic, job done! Literally

Op what has it got to do with you what sites she goes on.

Or do you feel that if it is her, and you mention it, that she will have sex with you.

If it was her, can't you understand how menacing it could feel to her that you have confronted her with it, especially as she's just starting a new job.

For gods sake just focus your swinging activities on here and mind your own business about work colleagues supposed activities.

I really think it's wrong to confront anyone outside of this site, but we see many threads saying that swingers have been spotted in supermarkets, next door neighbours, work etc and should the person go up and say hi. some people think they have a right to sex just because they've recognised another person offline.

OP on a side note, your profile text seems at odds with this thread. It states you are very discreet and your fab life is kept separate - Hmmm!!!

No! Say nothing, leave well alone.

If it is her why embarrass the poor girl, and like Mr DDC said she has left, and didn't contact you before she did.

If it isn't her then you're looking at sexual harassment in the work place and probable dismissal.

If someone walked up to me in Tesco's and said "Hey, you're Deepest Blue from Fab", I would bloody die a thousand deaths. I would want a big hole to open up in the floor, right by the cheese counter, so I could jump into it.

Particularly when I saw they had a cucumber in one hand and a jar of KY jelly in the other.

A private life is called that for a reason .

It doesn't matter if you recognised her 100% work is work and private life is best kept that .

Definitely don't say anything directly unless you get talking regular and even then only say something along the lines of 'I'm sure I recognise you for somewhere!' Never know she might volunteer some information even if it's something like where she drinks or which gym she goes to

But if she denies it agree she "must just have one of those faces" and leave it there.

Also best to have this conversation in a social situation rather than a work one. So don't walk up to her whilst she's working, maybe ask whilst making coffee or at the water cooler or at lunch. And not when anyone else is around.

You can throw in that you've used the Internet for dating and to meet people.

Pushing it or making it more than a quiet but light topic could make it stalkery or creepy as could not leaving it if she clearly doesn't want to go there.

how would you feel if you had caught an STI for which you were being treated and met one of the staff from the clinic in a public place and they discussed the details with you?

and yes medical staff have an ethics code etc but if you mention it to her at work, possibly even out of work she may still put a complaint in and you probably dont want that given the issue..
