My upstairs toilet flooded last week. The ballcock snapped apparently, sending a tsunami of water all over the place.

Waiting for the plumber - he was supposed to be here at 8am - he's turned his phone off and it's getting to the point where there's no point going to work now!

Not a happy bunny!!

I feel your pain. I spent the day yesterday waiting for a gas engineer to come out 'sometime in the afternoon', only for him to decide that it was too dark outside to do a job that was inside a house which has this wonderful invention called electricity installed, so he pissed off home and rebooked it for this Tuesday morning without letting me know.

There is a backlog in many places due to the xmas rush and snow i was told. Its not good though i have been waiting for a parcel that should have come between 9 and 10 am

Im waiting and its annoying me big time.

Have contacted the people who are sending it and suddenly its MY place to find out where it is.

I said no way jose...

I paid for that delivery and its up to you to find out where the fooker is.

So now im waiting for a reply to said email.

And will go purchase item tomorrow and they can stick it where the sun dont shine and re imburse me.

thats the worst thing, not keeping you informed whats going on, and snow delays are fine but let the customers know, if they say it will be there the next day then do it, or dont say it

£8 i paid for express delivery...1/3 days....its been 11 days...

And suddenly its my fooking job to find said article.

I dont think...

So i want reimbursing for that plus item.
