"I just want to lose a few pounds - or kilograms if it makes things easier The thing is I just end up reaching for the biscuits, and once the packet is opened a whole load disappear, and I assume digestives don't evaporate at room temperature? Over the past 9 months, yes this did start as a New Year resolution, I haven't gained or lost a single pound - but just so annoying not losing anything. Especially as my target was 1 stone loss. So any advice on how to avoid binge eating?" it's weird because I have weighed 92 kg for years I have a pretty healthy diet chicken and fish only no red meat but yesterday was taking my daughter to airport at 3am and she asked me to weigh her case so I stepped on scales to weigh me first and then with case I weighed 87 kg and the only thing that can account for this weightloss is I havnt been eating bread and I've been cycling everywhere

"Choose a different habit? I tend to pick up water or chew gum when I feel hungry for no reason. I think they did a study once and found that lots of the time when you feel like snacking, your body actually just wants some water. -Courtney" This is correct, the brain sometimes mistakes hunger for thirst.
