Going circuit training so won't have time to cook tonight. Will be chicken and chips from the chippy afterwards.

Doesn't that defeat the object??

I had steamed salmon with cheesy mash. Should've had hollandaise sauce but it didn't taste right

Chicken, homemade potato wedges with peri-peri sprinkled on them, salad and a coleslaw with yogurt and horseradish rather than mayonnaise

Slow-roosted lamb, lightly seasoned with pepper, salt and some herbs, served with a home-made mint sauce.

Roast potatoes accompany the meat: golden brown, crunchy exterior yet fluffy inside, served alongside steamed, crunchy broccoli florets, carrots and asparagus, all drizzled with warm, melted butter and a ladle's serving of rich meat gravy.

This will be topped off with a fresh-cream filled apple turnover, splendidly baked to perfection with juicy Bramley Apples in a flaky, lightly-crispy pastry.

This isn't just food, this is Daniel's food!

It was. The brownies are cooling as we speak, I may have to test them before I share them though.
