I don't know about the UK, but in the US that would be against the ethics code.

Indeed. In the UK the authorities would frown at receiving payment in the form of sexy, raunchy, steamy, uninhibited liaisons.

I'm just happy to point people in the right direction, no sex or payment necessary, ha.

This exactly. The Law Society frown on such behaviour.

The SRA and the Bar Council would nail the practitioner to a wall.

Though, having said that, if you possessed the descriptive power to communicate your experiences, you might get off with a warning after getting your case officer all hot and bothered.
