Swinging holidays advice

Me and my wife another couple are looking at doing a swinging holiday next year. There appears to be lots of places to go (ie countries where clubs are available) but we're think more or resorts.

Apart from Cap d'Agde are there any others people can recommend?

Europe been our first choice.
