"BMI can go fuck itself. I agree re diet, both are important but if your focus is weight loss then diet will be the main thing. I'm not exactly a gym bunny so probably not best placed to advise but I suppose the only thing I can advise is try and find something you like. I'm getting back into swimming because it's the only sport I've ever enjoyed and it feels far less of a chore than other things do. And from experience I know once I get to a point with that, I start wanting to do other exercise, weights and so on to make me better at the swimming. " Lol I look at at my BMI and compare it to my target BMI and it frightens me! I'm pretty sure I'll NEVER achieve my 'ideal' BMI even if I diet for the rest of my life! | |||
