I have noticed that as I scroll down the page, the bottom half is all blurred. Yet the threads at the top are crystal clear. It's not my screen as the blurring moves up and down as I scroll

I was getting grey screen and the screen not scrolling. It's ok today

Why would alcohol only affect the bottom half of the page? ( the page, not the screen)
