Usually two large glasses on a Friday after work. I'm a creature of habit. I have a particular drinking buddy. I just like to drink with him.

Although occasionally I drink on work nights out. Like last night. Tonight was hair of the dog wine.

I'm drinking more scientifically while doing extra shifts, no costing that much xx

I only drink Friday/Saturady

A couple of cans if I stay in and sometimes a couple of vodkas,

Russian Standard or Grey Goose are my favourite vodkas and mix it with fruit drinks or Pineapple juice

Everyone is different, and usually every occasion is different. So there is no measure, best advise is drink for pleasure not for measure

Well I used to drink 1 bottle per day, then realised I had a problem. Now I only drink socially or if I really want one but never to aid relaxation, I walk for that instead.

Hardly anything.

I have probably drank alcohol on about 5 occasions so far this year and never more than 2 drinks at each time.

Since January I've cut right back and generally only drink at the weekend now, where as previously I was having a glass of wine or 2 most nights.

Feel better for it & have lost a few pounds too.

ok, seems more info is needed.

I work 15hrs a night, takes an hour to get home and then I have to go back to work again when I wake, which also takes an hour. I have no down time and can't take sleep meds, hence Scientific Vodka Drinking.

Even I'm confused now.not 2 days not 2 litres.not diet ...just 2 70cl smirnoff n 3 litres of diet ....oh shit I'm confusing myself now..must be the V n C lol.....All good fun tho

I drink GG or Stolli and mix with limeade ... lime and soda if am feeling fancy
