Just heard this comment, do people think it's true?

Interesting and yes, I think it probably is true in many cases if not all. However does anybody tell their partner every, single thing that enters their head?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

What lies could I tell my search engine?

Scratchy head emoticon.

I think when you read the posts from men (mostly) saying "how can I get my partner involved in x,y,z" it becomes clear that some are more truthful with their search engine. I don't think that being more truthful with your search engine is necessarily a bad thing.

My search engine remembered my birthday and gave me my very own happy birthday banner - how could I not trust it more than anyone else after that?

I've a slight suspicion that I may be a potential victim of social engineering

I'm watching Hunted now so I see where this quote has come from.

They are going to get very confused with the things I have searched recently.

There's some truth there for me with this. But I do tend to be quote catholic in my search tastes. Stuff about belief systems, religion, geography and sexual tastes could be the flavours of the moment, with architecture and any old tripe too. Even dredging got searched for, I'm sorry to say.

But my searches are all private and I don't use a search engine that traces and collates the details to provide me.

It's enormous power for them to own. I encourage everyone to make their searches via a less traceable route.
