Edinburgh will always be top of my list even though I go every year!!!

I'd love to do London properly, the galleries, museums & all things the kids would find "boring".

Stratford-upon-Avon - I went for a week when I was 16 but don't really remember it.

York - only been with the grumpy ex & want to do York Minster.

Cardiff because I've never been

The only major downside of Brighton is the beach has too many pebbles. Slept overnight there once (when I was young and carefree) and it was bloody uncomfortable

London is approx 15 times the size of liverpool.

The density of population isn't as different as some stats make it sound.

Seriously though, as a dispatch rider in the 80's and following The Rams, I used to visit many towns and cities up and down the UK. There are many I wouldn't bother going back to if you paid me and many that I would love to visit again.

One place that I've not been but would like to is Glasgow

Not being biased, having lived there, but Swansea itself has little to recommend. Bombed completely flat in WW2 there's very little of significance left.

It's going through major renovation in the city centre, so could be "interesting" in a few years.

However Mumbles/ Oystermouth are nice, and open up the whole of the Gower
