Post Concussion Syndrome

Ever had a concussion? it aint just a bump to ya head my last incident I was down the seafront down Ilfracombe.

Walking back my foot lost it's stepping over a kerb I went leg went 1 way 1 went the other flat on my face I went nose 1st small graze on upper lip 2 grases on lower legs busted nose [not broken] one hell of a concussion the post-effects knock me for a loop.

I the past week have had alot of light sensitivity, a few headaches,

Fatigue some Irritability some loss of memory [small things]

It may seem like nothing well "sunshine" u wont like it I don't and I LOVE the sun.

Please be careful. Post-concussion has the potential to become pretty serious... I recommend you visit your GP and have yourself checked.

I've had concussion more times than I care to remember, it's never pleasant and you don't get used to it. It can take a long time to fully recover from the effects of a severe blow to the melon.

Yeah, the last concussion I had was quite bad and I had a week of really bad headaches and a second week feeling not right. Worst of all I should have seen an osteo because I was well crooked from the fall, and pulled muscles as soon as I started to dance and ride again!

I would pop in to A&E and get an exam/x-ray after any moderate concussion.
