i had to cancel a meet, cos of the weather, i couldnt get there. is it ok to re schedule or will i be fobbed off as a time waster

I think you should be asking the person/persons you were supposed to be meeting this question.

Why didnt you ask when you cancelled, or did you cancell by txt

Just be sincere and try to keep in touch with them, they'd have to be pretty tough on people to not realise how bad the roads are out there.

We had to cancel a meet last week due to the weather it was agreed by all of us that it would be stupid to even contemplate the journey

Having said that we were in touch most of the week on weather watch before deciding not to meet and making a new date

If the person you were meant to meet understands the reasons there should'nt be a problem re scheduling for another time

not up to the forum thats up to the person/people were were ment to meet if they wish to reshedule. would of been one of the first thing i would of asked if i was in your position ..."sorry but cant meet due to weather ,can we shedule for another time ?" . if youve just said /messaged "sorry i cant make it weathjer bad" .they may think that yes genuine reason but that you may have lost interest now

Blimey, it would take a very hard person NOT to understand that getting around in this weather in certain parts of the country is nigh on impossible!

I had a meet last week and was impressed he managed to get to me...then again, flicks hair, flutters eye lashes, waves crop and pouts...I'm worth it!!!

I wouldn't worry i have had 2 meets cancelled in the last 2 weeks like many others on here. There is nothing you can do when its so cold.
